Product Outline
FINGEL series PVC foam regulator product has all characteristics of acrylic processing aids, the only difference is that the molecular weight of foam regulator is much more higher than that of acrylic processing aid. Its high melt strength is conducted to improve the melt ductility, contain the bubble prevent bubble merging and break, thus improve the product inner cell structure and surface quality.
FINGEL系列PVC发泡调节剂具有加工助剂所有的特性，唯一的区别在于发泡调节剂具有超高的分子量从而可以提供PVC熔体超高的熔体强度。 超高熔体强度提高熔体弹性和韧性，能包裹住发泡剂释放的气体防止气体串并和破裂，从而提高泡孔结构细密度，提高发泡制品强度以及表面质量。
